When patrons buy advance e-tickets through YEG Live, you're putting them at the front of the line, and they will show their appreciation.  Also, when patrons buy in advance, you'll find that they are going to spend more in your establishment, because they aren't being greeted at your door by having to pay for admission.

Our e-ticketing system automatically updates you with attendance numbers throughout the weeks and days prior to upcoming shows, so you can adjust your staffing levels and prep accordingly.

Right before the event, we can fax or email a complete "will-call" list of e-ticketholders, so your door staff will know who has a valid ticket. But we think "will-call" is pretty 19th century, so we'd rather set you up for barcode e-ticket scanning and redemption using an iPhone or BlackBerry. Chances are you or your door staff already have a compatible mobile device, and patrons love the slick high-tech convenience and security of YEG Live's paperless e-ticketing.

There is no set up fee for e-ticketing your events through YEG Live – we charge just 6.9% commission² on the ticket face value.  Patrons will pay only $1.99 per e-ticket as a service charge.

Many venues take the approach that advance ticket revenue goes solely to the artist, but door tickets sales go to the house or are split with the house.  This doesn't make the best business sense, but it is often the 'default' policy because of the hassles of settling up after the show.

When a show is sold through YEG Live, we collect all the revenue and then can payout to venues and artists on a pre-arranged split formula.  This means you can earn revenue from EVERY ticket sold for your venue, and you don't have to go through the hassle of collecting after the show.  It's easier to enforce your booking and payout policies when someone else is handling it for you!

And advance ticket holders will spend more in your establishment, because the ticket cost is not on their minds while they're enjoying the show.

Our Standard Payout service offers a quick, hassle-free settlement following your event – we prepare payouts by cheque or PayPal every Sunday for any events from the previous Satuday to Saturday period.
