Music and ghosts walk the halls of a Riverside home. On any given Wednesday evening the five members of Edmonton’s Light Travels can be found engrossed in the creation of a rich, positive mix of sensual and lyrical soundscapes. Traversing the historical space of the Edmonton flats, these sounds can be heard. Like a phoenix from the ashes, the members of Light Travels have unified their souls into a sonic tapestry, masterful over the arts of ambience and translation. And from across the distance, on spiritual strings, the languages woven depict a relational journey... languages of love, light and colour that resonate in the very souls of the listener.
