Kevin Smith is equally at home playing swing, blues, folk and all kinds of roots music. He has a rich baritone voice and his fluid guitar stylings always have a strong rhythm to make heads nod, toes tap, and faces smile, whether playing his original songs or covers. He has played with Dennis Lakusta, Brian Gregg, Juba, David Thompson and Thunder Road and many others in the Alberta Music scene. He is a founding member of Nickelfinger, co-writing most of the songs and playing guitar on their CD "No Separation".
