Lori and Bruce Mohacsy Lori is the daughter of radio personality, Tony Biamonte. Both her father and her mother Dorothy were classical singers, and they have both been great influences for her. Lori has been singing since she was in her early 20's and has performed background vocals and jingles at most of the major studios in town. She has also fronted various bands and spent four months in Japan with Kompany!, the dance troupe. Her skills also include acting, writing and teaching. Among many roles, Lori played Dorothy in "The Wizard of Oz" at the Citadel Theatre and had the great pleasure of performing in "Beehive" at Stage West, Calgary with Mary Wilson, of the Supremes. Currently Lori enjoys performing with husband, Bruce Mohacsy. Their sound is an eclectic blend of jazz, folk and blues. Her passion and warmth are evident in the music that she sings, and her audience feels embraced by the sound that she and her band create.
