Tamara Boyes

Tamara Boyes has a reputation for smooth, pure, passionate and intense vocals. You may recognize her voice from a few Gillette radio jingles or even from a recent movie soundtrack. As a performer, Tamara launched her career touring for a year with the group The Basics and then for another two years as part of a trio representing Calgary's Rocky Mountain College. Tamara has been hired to perform for many events including theatre productions, talent searches and studio work. She contributed her background vocals to various projects including the release from Melody Lovejoy's CD in the fall of 2014.In 2013, she was a Lead Vocalist for "Vocal Artistry's Advanced Vocal Strength 2" CD , In 2013, placed in the Top 3 in a songwriting competition and was one of four chosen to play for Premier of Alberta, Allison Redford, for an Outreach fundraising event in Edmonton. In 2015, Tamara was a finalist for the Edmonton Eskimo's Fresh Voice Contest.

Tamara is the owner and vocal coach at Pure Voice, where she has produced award-winning students over the years. Tamara has 17 years of vocal coaching and was on the musical director's team for, "Suessical The Musical", which was chosen to represent Canada at the international Fridge Festival in Edinburgh.

Her new single 'Christmas Snow' was produced by 2014 GMA " Producer of the Year", Jared Salte at Salt Shaker Productions was picked up by Radio Stations in Eastern Canada, New York and Italy.
