Katie Perman

Edmonton singer-songwriter Katie Perman was born just wanting to sing. After graduating from the Grant MacEwan College music program in 2003, majoring in both vocal performance and composition, she continued making music her life and passion.In 2009 she released her debut album "Take This Sound and Make a Picture", after which she was featured on Edmonton's 102.3 Now Radio, enjoyed overseeing the city on many billboards promoting Edmonton's music scene, and was awarded "Breakout Artist of the Year" through Rawlco Radio.Since 2004 Katie has performed over 300 shows, and has had the opportunity to perform with the Kit Kat Club, the Dave Babcock Orchestra, Chloe Albert, Colleen Brown, PJ Perry, Rubim De Toledo, Doug Organ, Sandro Dominelli, Charlie Austin, Chris Andrews and many others. She currently performs weekends as a dueling piano player at The Red Piano.
