Brian Jones has performed with the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra since 1968.
A graduate of the University of Alberta, Brian studied with Forrest Clark and Earl Hatch in Los Angeles.
He has performed with numerous orchestras and ensembles, including the Capetown Symphony Orchestra in South Africa, and won first prize at the Percussion Arts Society Timpani Competition for Southern California.
Brian served as Stage Manager for the ESO for five seasons. He is on the staff of the University of Alberta and the Cosmopolitan Music Society of Edmonton.
