Terms of Service

Canadian Live Productions Inc. is a ticket re-seller and/or sales agent on behalf of the Artist, Event Organizer and/or Venue and does not plan, organize or produce the events in any way and is not responsible for the quality, content, or length of the event. All purchases are final and all tickets purchased through this system are non-refundable. If an event is cancelled, the Event Organizer and/or Venue are responsible for the issuance of any & all refunds or credits. E-ticket fees and other processing charges are non-refundable. If an event is postponed, the Event Organizer and/or Venue will be responsible for the issuance of new tickets, if applicable. The Ticketholder releases and saves harmless Canadian Live Productions Inc. from any and all claims for any damages or costs incurred by the Ticketholder arising from such situations including but not limited to transportation and accommodation expenses. Use of any tickets arranged through this system is at the sole risk of the Ticketholder and the use of any such ticket expressly releases Canadian Live Productions Inc. from any and all claims of loss, damages, or costs. Refunds or discounts will not be provided if the Ticketholder fails to attend the event for any reason.

The Ticketholder and their use of any tickets arranged through this system is subject to the terms and conditions of the Artist, Event Organizer and/or Venue.  Possession of a ticket or e-ticket does not guarantee admittance to an event if any of these terms and conditions are not met by the Ticketholder. These terms and conditions may include but are not limited to dress code, age restrictions, Ticketholder intoxication, illegal substance possession, illegal substance use, possession of any item banned by the venue, portrayal of any item or symbol deemed inappropriate or threatening, possession of any weapon(s), creation of a disturbance outside of the event space, creation of a disturbance inside the event space, or any other terms and conditions at the pleasure and final judgement of the Artist, Event Organizer, Venue or Canadian Live Productions, Inc., or its owners, management, employees, agents, or representatives.  It is the Ticketholder's responsibility to clarify these terms and conditions with these parties prior to the event and to take all necessary steps to comply.

The Ticketholder understands that admittance may be withheld and their ticket to be deemed null and void if any of the Venue's terms and conditions are not upheld by the Ticketholder in letter and spirit. The Ticketholder understands that a refund will not be issued by the Artist, Event Organizer, Venue, or Canadian Live Productions Inc. or any related agency or organization for non-admittance to an event where the terms and conditions have been contravened by the Ticketholder.

The Ticketholder understands that the Artist, Event Organizer, Venue, and/or Canadian Live Productions Inc. and/or any of their owners, managers, agents, employees, or representatives are not responsible for the actions of any other event attendee(s) and agrees to save liable the same.

The Ticketholder understands that refunds or discounts will not be provided if the Ticketholder fails to attend the event for any reason.
