With proceeds in support of Edmonton’s first and only circus school, LET THERE BE HEIGHT will help Firefly buy safety equipment for their new studio. This year’s theme is Space. Be on the lookout for Space Godzilla in silks, upside-down aliens, an aerial Barbarella, and of course, Superman on the triple trapeze.
Hosted by Firefly Artistic Director Annie Dugan, this aerial cabaret evening features performances by Edmonton's hottest aerialists: Lisa Feehan, Michalene Giesbrecht, Lyne Gosselin, Kevin Ouellet, Kim Precht, Meghan Watson, and over two dozen other amazing Edmontonians performing on the trapeze, aerial hoop, vertical rope, aerial silks, and a brand-new creation invented by Firefly Aerial Instructor Charlie Wilson: the Quadruple Aerial Strap Act! Guests from the Edmonton School of Ballet will be there, plus a silent auction and more.
