COMMON THREAD
A monthly night of music curated by Good Information .
Each night will consist of a short set from Good Information, and set from our featured group, followed by a jam.
Presenting elements from various moments in the jazz lineage, we'll be bringing together sounds stemming from traditional swing, bebop, and afro-cuban music to free jazz, fusion, avant- grade, classical music and more. It's all on the table. Not to mention our own original music, which we hope does the same.
Performing alongside other groups based in YEG and beyond; these are our peers, our inspirations, and the next generation of Jazz for our city and the world.
