Rhea March & Robyne Walters have teamed up to provide a one day Performance & Vocal Workshop that will up your confidence, enhance your skills, and give you the tools you need to excel at live performance.
Robyne Walters: is an accomplished vocalist, performer, music teacher and artistic director.
Rhea March: is the founder of U22 Music Productions and is an award winning musician who has been performing for over 30 years and understands what it takes to walk on stage with confidence and entertain an audience.
In the morning portion of the workshop, you will learn critical elements of live performance including:
- Preparing for a show (zoning);
- Overcoming stage fright;
- Engaging your audience;
- The importance song selection in your set;
- When you only have one song to sing (preparing for competition)
- How to work effectively with sound techs;
- Mic technique (for speaking and singing);
The afternoon portion of the workshop will consist of “Live Music Makeovers” where each member of the audience will have the chance to perform on stage and receive valuable feedback on how to up their game.
In this day and age, the place where you will sell the bulk of your CD’s is from the stage, and performance matters more than ever before. No matter what your age or level of musicianship, our music makeover workshop will substantially raise your live performance skills.
