Expressionz Cafe: Centre for the Arts and Well-being

Literally "a cafe of expressions," this multifaceted and versatile venue provides over 6000 sq. ft. of space for the performing, visual, and healing arts – and yes, an actual Cafe which acts as the nucleus of this creative environment; a unique combination of hospitality, entertainment, retail, and education. Regular programming includes: Open Stage, Art Gallery & Market Place, Arts Programming for all ages, and Daily Lunch Specials. Expressionz is an excellent setting for performances, presentations, rehearsals, workshops, meetings and warm gatherings with friends, family, or business associates.

We are thrilled to welcome U22 Productions, the Uptown Folk Club, and the Canadian School for Self Healing to our growing collective. By bringing together artists, teachers, practitioners, and those wishing to learn and participate in the arts, Expressionz is developing a vibrant community, one in which a diverse group of people engage creatively and thoughtfully with each other.
