Going to Graceland, a nine-piece group of Edmonton-based musicians takes fans of Paul Simon's pivotal 1986 album through a journey of eclectic musical styles that transcend racial and cultural barriers. This was music that brought the world together, made it smaller, and inspired so many. This is a tribute concert like no other. You'll hear all eleven tracks from the Graceland album, including "You Can Call Me Al" and "Diamonds on the Soles of Her Shoes" along with some of Simon's other major hits. Selling out theatres wherever they go, this local ensemble, led by Neil MacDonald and Nathan Carroll, have deconstructed and recreated Simon's genius-level compositions to make them all their own... and the result is outstanding. Hang on to your seats, we are....Going to Graceland!
